About Me

Hi, I’m Sandra Lindholm —
founder of BetterMindBodySoul.

I was born and raised in Sweden, but life’s adventures took me to London, where the pace was fast and the pressure was high. Like many who come to London, I tried different jobs, pushed through stress until it turned into burnout. I loved the city but not the lifestyle. I think really, my soul needed somewhere calmer (for you who is familiar with Ayurveda I’m a typical Vata). Then came pregnancy, hormonal imbalances, and anxiety — my body and mind asking me to slow down and listen.

That was the turning point. I began exploring healing practices, yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and learned the tough way that healing is definitely not a straight line. It’s a winding path with steps forward and steps back, and that’s okay. 🙂

I’m still on my own journey. I’m not “finished”, and I definitely don’t believe anyone ever truly is. But I’ve learned tools, perspectives, and practices that have brought me more balance, self-compassion, and connection.

My approach to coaching is really simple: it’s not about me fixing you, because you are not broken. 🙂

I will help you to unlock the ability and wisdom already within yourself to heal, grow, and find your own version of balance. <3
